The 1723 issue is known with both the large 'fourth' portrait and the smaller older 'fifth' head. Neither type featured in the fabled Murdoch collection which is not too surprising considering only nineteen examples have been traced by this cataloguer as offered at major public auction in the past two decades, 13 examples of the fourth head, and only six examples of the fifth portrait.
