Henry VI first reign (1422-61), Groats (3), Pinecone-Mascle issue, Tower, 3.47g, 3h, m.m. cross fleury/plain cross, pinecone and mascle stops (N.1460; S.1874), rubbed, almost fine; and Calais (2), Pinecone-Mascle/Annulet mule, 3.67g, 2h, m.m. cross patonce/plain cross, pinecone and mascle stops, rev. additional annulet in second and third quarter (Whitton 28/12a; N.1461/1424; S.1875/1836), some surface roughness, otherwise a fuller flan, a bold fine; and Pinecone-Mascle issue, 3.68g, 1h, m.m. cross fleury/plain cross, pinecone and mascle stops (N.1461; S.1875), the last a 'true' coin but on a slightly irregular flan, otherwise good fine (3)
