Edward III (1327-77), Groats, Pre-Treaty Period, Tower, Series Ga-b (4), Series Ga (2), 4.52g, 10h, rev. additional annulet in second quarter (LAL 1; S.1570), lightly cleaned, otherwise with rust deposits in recesses, otherwise almost very fine; another, 4.40g, 8h, rev. reads lom dom in error, additional annulet in second quarter (LAL -/14; N.1193; S.1570), good to fair; Series Ga/Gc mule, 3.65g, 11h, rev. additional pellet in fourth quarter (LAL 32/2; N.1193/1195; S.1570), clipped small but with some toning, almost fine; lastly, Series Gb, 4.09g, 10h, rev. additional annulet in fourth quarter (LAL 19; N.1194; S.1570), this almost fine, an intriguing group (4)
