Victory Medal 1914-19 (3214 Sepoy Feroz Khan, 53 Sikhs. F. F.), polished, nearly very fine

Feroz Khan served with the 53rd Sikhs (Frontier Force) during the Mesopotamia Campaign. He was killed during the Battle of Wadi on 13 January 1916, part of a wider effort to try and relieve General Townsend's Army in Kut-Al-Amara.

He is commemorated under the name 'Firoz Khan' on the Basra War Memorial.
