Silver trophy, in the form of drinking cup, by Tuck Chang, inner gilt, with detailed base including Chinese flora and fauna, besides Chinese dragons, the vessel engraved 'S.V.C. Customs Co. "B" Class', with winner's details for August 1909 - July 1910, maker's initials and Chinese marks to rim of base, good very fine

D. B. Izatt was listed as Chief Examiner at the Maritime Customs in 1923.
