(x) 1939-45 Star; Africa Star; Italy Star; France and Germany Star; War Medal 1939-45 with M.I.D. oakleaf, together with original paper packets and (worn) box of transmittal, the recipient's name and address almost entirely obscured by the removal of sellotape and leftover residual glue, extremely fine (5)

These Medals are believed to belong to Sergeant Victor James Parker, 2nd Battalion, King's Royal Rifle Corps, who served from 15 February 1940 - 11 May 1946, and was mentioned 'in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in the Middle East' (London Gazette 13 January 1944, refers).
