Henry VI, First Reign (1422-61), Half-Noble, Tower, annulet issue, group I, type B1, 3.47g {53.6gns}, 5h, trefoil stops, lys after henric, reads fran, annulet by sword arm, twisted ropes 2/1, ornaments -11-1, quatrefoils 3/3, rev. i.m. lys [105], mullet after domine, annulet in first spandrel of second quarter, large h in centre (Stewartby, class 1B1; Schneider I, 291, same obverse die; N.1417; S.1805), lightly cleaned with a trace of creasing, a superficial scratch across face, otherwise of pleasing full flan, very fine or better for strike, rare thus
