C. 1920s - 1940s a large selection including a range of used parcel stamps, some overprinted with railway station, others with station printed including high values 1/-, 1/2, 1/7, 2/-, 3/- and a £1 pair from Ellon station cancelled '17 FEB 1955', with two covers 1931 (14 Oct.) to London bearing 3d. from 'LLANDOVERY' alongside KGV 1½d. postage stamp and 1935 (29 Oct.) from London to Michigan bearing 1d. and 2d. from 'OBAN' applied to the reverse with KGV 1½d. on front, also a group of way-bills (3) including 1943 (26 Oct.) for two calves weighing 69 and 90 lbs. from Stalybridge to Ulster via Preston and Carlisle paying 18/7d. made up of 1d., 1/6, 3/- and 7/- (2), also printed labels including 1932 (19 Dec.) reading 'PERISHABLE FRUIT / URGENT" paying 1/3d. with various other unused labels and an attractive 'August Bank Holiday Travel Programmed of Holiday Return Tickets From London Euston, St, Pancras & Suburban Stations.
