1893 (March) envelope to Java franked 15c. with octagonal Corr D'Armees/Saigon cancellation, Military cachet at left, Saigon Central/Cochinchine datestamp. As the Military concession rate did not apply to mail outside of France and the Colonies a second octagonal datestamp had been deleted, red "T" in triangle marking and taxed by Netherlands Colonies 10c. postage due on arrival; fine and a very rare cover
