1977 Sea Shells 10c. vertical strips of four and three, the latter with error showing the colour bars at the top due to a shift in the entire sheet resulting in trimming off the colour controls at the bottom and revealing the colour bars at the top, all cancelled by Singapore c.d.s. on locally addressed and registered 1980 envelope.
