1919 (12 Apr.) envelope to Great Malvern, Worcestershire, bearing 3c. brown overprinted "First Trans-Atlantic Air Post April, 1919." and carried by Lieut. H. Hawker on his Atlantic flight, tied by machine cancellation, "g.r. found open (or torn) and officially secured" label affixed to reverse; fine and scarce, only ninety-five of the overprinted 3c. brown were used on letters.
