A collection with some mounted on pages for display, including surcharge block of four on thin tissue paper, $1 on $1 and $1 on $2 panes of sixty, $1 on $3 block of forty, $1 on $4 block of twenty, a few double surcharges (a couple well impressed) and 1c. on $4 block of four with two having large "4", all these unused with most of the blocks having backing paper, and 1c. on $1 and 1c. on $3 used blocks of twelve (6x2)
