1894 (4 Apr.) ½c. card (PC1) to the Belgian Legation in Peking cancelled by a fine strike of the Local Post c.d.s. in red with the despatch c.d.s. (5.4) in top left corner struck in black. The reverse with pair of Small Dragon 1ca. green perf.12½ cancelled by Tientsin seal type 8 in black with Tientsin Customs type II (four figure yeardate) arrival (6.4) in black and despatch (7.4) in blue plus I.G. of Customs Peking arrival (8.4) in blue.

A stunning and highly important card being the only example with additional Small Dragon stamp required to pay the Imperial Customs Post. Photo

1894年4月4日煙台寄北京比利時使舘的半分PC1型郵資片， 銷較清晰紅色煙台工部雙圈日戳， 片的左上端蓋4月5日的黑色煙台工部雙圈分發日戳， 片背加貼綠色小龍齒孔十二度半壹分銀票一對， 銷4月6日天津八型中文戳戳2型天津海關中轉戳 (年分為四數字)， 轉4月7日天津海關分發戳， 4月8日於北京蓋藍色北京海關I.G.到達戳. 此片為存世僅見的煙台書信館郵資片與海關小龍票的混貼片. 保存良好， 珍貴異常.
