1893 (11 Dec.) large commercial envelope registered to Shanghai bearing 1c., 2c. and 5c. tied by the Local Post dated oval struck in purple with a good strike of the straight-line "Registered" alongside with manuscript number "No 178" and, on the reverse, further dated oval, Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. (13.12) and "ANZ & Co" handstamp. There is some peripheral wrinkling, typical of these large envelopes. An important triple rate, registered cover and a three-colour franking. Photo

1893年12月11日煙台寄上海大型商業掛號封， 貼一分， 二分及五分票各一枚， 銷紫色煙台工部㰐圓日戳， 旁蓋紫色 "Registered" 戳及手寫紅墨 "No 178"， 封背蓋另一相同紫色煙台工部㰐圓日戳， 12月13日上海工部到達日戳. 另蓋煙台ANZ & Co.公司戳; 封雖然有些起皺， 但是對此付三倍郵費及掛號封的重要性沒有影響.
