1893年10月12日煙台寄上海破剖紅條封， 貼淺藍色二分二分票一枚， 銷 藍色雙圈中英文無日期戳， 封背蓋同為藍色的煙台工部㰐圓日戳; 這是無日期戳與㰐圓日戳最早為混用日期. 信封保存良好.
