Incoming Mail from the Shanghai Local Post
1893 (13 Dec.) 1c. postal stationery envelope (PC10B) from the Presbyterian Mission Press to Chefoo cancelled by faint strikes of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. with a good strike of the Chefoo Local Post oval datestamp (17.12) in blue. There is a vertical folding crease but of fresh and fine appearance.

Late use of the oval datestamp which was not used after late December. This is thought to be the only example of the 1c. stationery card mailed to Chefoo. Photo

1893年12月13日上海教會機構寄煙台壹仙郵資封(PC10B)， 銷模糊上海工部日戳， 旁蓋12月17日藍色㰐圓煙台工部書信館到達日戳， 封雖有摺痕， 保存尚佳; 㰐圓煙台工部書信館戳不使用於1893年12月之後， 故此相信這壹仙郵資封是最晩期的唯一使用例. 源流: 2001年11月Charles Goodwyn.
