Only ten stamps were printed with this surcharge in blue, the top two rows of one sheet. This sheet was owned by Capt. Oldfield, Sir Percival David and Harry Sutherland. It was finally purchased by Lyons Livingston who split it up


廈門1896年第四次臨加蓋"低C"改值票; 藍色十仙蓋於廿五仙帶黑色橫槓， 帶上邊紙， 原膠輕貼， 有Livingston 簽署; 罕品. 此藍色加蓋面值， 而橫槓則以黑色加蓋， 此種變體只有存在於一大全張的上两列共十枚發現， 故非常罕見. 此版原為經Harry Sutherland等人所藏， 後來Lyons Livingston購入並把全張打散分開了.
