1894 (6 Sept.) printed U.S. Consulate envelope to Ontario bearing a superb strike of the Agency Foochow c.d.s. code "I" in blue with U.S. 1890-93 5c. Grant tied by U.S. Post Office Shanghai duplex and, on the reverse, Shanghai Local Post (9.9), San Francisco and Toronto arrival (10.10).
