Malacca
1867 (4 Jan.) entire to Singapore, bearing ½a. blue clearly tied by "B/109" obliterator and showing framed "singapore/Bearing 1 Anna" h.s. (Type UP3) alongside with, on reverse, the extremely rare framed "malacca/paid" datestamp (Type SL2) in red across join. A major rarity, one of five covers recorded from Malacca bearing these issues, of which two are to Singapore, and one of two covers known with this datestamp. Photo
