½a. blue, Die I, two horizontal strips of eight with good to large margins nearly all round, all cancelled "B/172" (light in places) and affixed on part envelope (year date unknown) to Holland, Singapore sender's cachet shows on reverse behind the two strips and trace of part Singapore c.d.s. and arrival d.s. on small part of reverse still present; the two strips affixed inverted and largely on the reverse of the envelope with two stamps having a vertical crease through having been affixed around the edge and on to the face.
