1887 (16 Sept.) Tamsen envelope registered from Waterberg "via Natal" to Germany bearing, on reverse, 1d. black on pink label cancelled by framed "waterberg" handstamp, in combination with Transvaal ½d. grey, 1d. red and 6d. blue (7) all affixed in a X formation over flap joins and cancelled by "geregisteerd/pretoria" oval datestamps in blue with a further strike on face panel, Dusseldorf arrival datestamp (19.10) additionally tying three of the 6d. values; envelope with some faults at top and resealed, nevertheless a colourful and very rare franking.
