1939 (Sept. and Dec.) envelopes from N'Kana to Germany, the first to Berlin franked at 1/3d., the second to Breslau franked at 1/3½d. with all stamps cancelled at Kitwe, both showing boxed "no service/return to sender" handstamp in violet, manuscript "Return to Sender" and a variety of transit datestamps, the former with two "passed by censor" labels and triangular-framed "passed by censor/8" handstamp in violet. A most unusual pair sent at the outbreak of the war
