Beck, District Commissioner, to Canada, bearing 3d. and 4½d. pair both cancelled with "district commissioner/kushi" oval datestamp, the contents with reference to three post offices in the district and the Postmaster-General thinking this is confusing, and 1954 (25 Aug.) envelope registered from Old Mkushi to England, bearing 1½d. and Federation 4½d. cancelled with double-ring datestamp and crude "old/mkushi" handstamp alongside equally crude "r/old/mkushi" registration handstamp
