1887 (Apr.) blue envelope (222x102mm.) to Pretoria, sent on the northerly route via Transvaal, bearing 1887 without date, blue granite paper 1d. violet (2, both imperforate at base, one a little soiled) sharing circular Arms handstamp, in combination with Transvaal 1885 2d. olive-bistre vertical pair twice cancelled "11" at Utrecht, the reverse with Utrecht (22.4) and G.P.O. Transvaal (24.4) datestamps; central vertical fold, otherwise sound. Photo
