F size registered envelope, uprated with 2pi. blue, from Larnaca to Hessler near Hull, cancelled with squared-circle datestamp and showing a fine strike of the very rare large double-lined "r" handstamp incorporating "registered/cyprus" oval datestamp in red, in use for only six months, London Registered oval datestamp (lacking any dates) at lower right; two stains in the upper left quadrant, nevertheless generally attractive and very rare.
