A collection of covers (140) showing a wide range of censor labels and cachets, thirty five bearing unoverprinted Wagon values including three to Johannesburg with Hoofdlaager datestamp, a few to Lourenco Marques, 1d. card to German East Africa with Dar-es-Salaam arrival datestamp and two (one to Australia) with boxed "stopped by censor/return to sender" cachet in violet, and just over 100 with V.R.I. or later stamps and including 1901 envelope from G.F. Esselen, Superintendent of the Irene Burgher cap with cachet on reverse, and registered envelopes to New South Wales and Russia; also News of the camp No. 16. Condition a little mixed in places though worthy of viewing
