(x) Stephen (1135-54), Penny, 1.22g, Profile / Cross and Piles type, Norwich, Jordan, crowned bust left, holding sceptre in front, rev. + [ior]dan: on: nor, cross fleury with a pile surmounted by a trefoil of annulets in each angle (Mack - ; N.879; S.1281), irregular flan and reverse off-centre, but otherwise very fine, an excellent specimen with a good bust
