1930-40 a collection of around 120 unpublished original Ala Littoria archival photographs most of aircraft, but of people and places also. The majority paired with their original archival envelope with negative number and description. Images include: aircraft 'Cant 2505', 'S.55', 'Macchi C.94' landing on water, a run of images showing a fleet of Savoia-Marchetti S.73 and of S.66, particularly striking images of Cant Z 506 and 2506 pictured on the water from very close range, a run of eight dramatic images of a plane crashing into water in Malta with damage to both wings (10.7.35), images of Syracuse and an Ala Littoria skiing trip.
