Great Britain: Parent Tyre Co. Ltd., a set of certificates for £1 ordinary shares, 19[17], #2617, blue; £1 deferred shares, 19[20], #7828, red, and £1 preference shares, 19[24], #5190, black. Originally Pneumatic Tyre and Booths Cycle Agency in Dublin 1888 but recontructed a couple of times until it became Dunlop Pneumatic Tyre Co. Ltd. in 1896. In 1913 the name was changed again to this in 1913 and eventually liquidated in 1931. Dunlop Rubber was formed in 1889 as manufacturing branch of the original company in 1889. A few surface marks but F-VF and scarce (3).
