Formed in 1900 as a reconstruction of The British Motor Co. Ltd., with famous racing driver S.F. Edge, as a director. The company owned, through H.J. Lawson, many patents, including Daimler, Di Dion and Panhard et Levassor. red ink annotation from 1969, VF.
