Great Britain: Cornwall Press Limited and Iliffe & Sons Limited, a pair of debentures for £500,000 each , 'A' in the name of Cornwall Press (Sir William Ewart Berry and James Gomer Berry) and 'B' in the name of Iliffe, both 1923, handwritten, on multiple pages of vellum, no signtures and probably the holders copies. The Berry's (Viscount Camrose and Viscount Kemsley) together woth Lord Iliffe purchased the Daily Telegraph in 1928, already having considerable newspaper interests. Both VF and extremely rare and interesting documents (2).
