Great Britain: North Walsham & Dilham Canal, certificate for one share of £50, 18[25], #102, black printing on vellum, paper seal at left. An 8.7 mile canal serving various bone mills in the region. Although authorised by Act of Parliament in 1812 it was not opened until 1826. Part abandoned in 1893 but in recent years is being restored for pleasure use. Light discolouration top edge, VF.
