Russia: 1822, 5% 'Rothschild' loan, bond for 720 roubles or £111, a very bold hand signature of Nathan Meyer Rothschild as Contractor, double headed eagle at top, black, on poor quality paper, with talon. A few folds but VF for this issue without the usual tape repairs.
