1935 (7 Aug.) envelope on special flight from Windhoek to Ovamboland carrying Mr. Justice van Zyl, Chairman of the S.W.A. Constitution Commission, bearing ½d. and 1d. with despatch datestamp, and (9 Aug.) return flight envelope franked at 2d., both signed by the pilot Capt. J.N. Cooke; a scarce pair with few covers carried in either direction

Note: A machine was placed at the disposal of Mr. Justice van Zyl, who though indisposition was unable to accompany the other members of the Commission who travelled by motor car
