Card written on 31 October, an irregular use of the Cape Large wings type used in the Transvaal, unstamped and upon arrival with tax handstamp alongside Postage Due 1d. cancelled and tied by triangular-framed datestamp (27.11); corner crease at lower right though very rare and believed to be the sole example of this type of card attracting postage due.
