1861 (8 Oct.) envelope ex the Anstie correspondence from Demerara to Wiltshire, bearing 1860 thick paper, perf. 12 12c. grey-lilac cancelled by "5d" accountancy handstamp in red with traces of the same ink "tying" the stamp, London Paid datestamp (29/10) alongside, the reverse (part flap missing) with despatch and Devizes arrival (30.10) datestamps; fine and attractive and sold on its merits.
