2d. blue Plate II, a block of six (3x2) with a few blind perforations, fresh bright colour and unused without gum; the upper right stamp with white spot caused by a small piece of foreign matter on plate and with defect at right centre, the lower right corner pair with some perforations severed and strengthened.
