1844 (14 Aug.) small envelope to Leeds with pen and ink drawings, including a man holding a placard, bearing 1841-53 1d. (placed upside down) tied by a fine "449" barred oval cancellation of Leicester, on reverse a curious hand drawn "not to be graham" as a seal; some minor wrinkles, but charming and a very rare survivor.
