A collection of airmails (48) neatly mounted, illustrated and written-up, including rare 1946 (13 Feb.) Catalina flying boat cover from Waitangi to Wellington (Stapleton 288b, $275 in 2009), the plane landing in Wellington safely and then flying to Mechanic's Bay where it spun on landing with a float torn off and the plane then withdrawn, accompanied by a copy of the accident report; also 1946 (30 May) flights in both directions, then flights, often in both directions, up to 1982.
