10c. on 12ca. light orange cancelled by a central strike of Ningpo Dollar dater; the stamp is centred a little low and the surcharge a little to the left; typical centring of this, the last used sheet from Ningpo. The stamps has a pre-printing paper wrinkle and is in the paler colour associated with this sheet. Photo
