小龍小字加蓋洋銀伍分蓋於伍分票，第四版式，左格十七枚由五枚四方連拼合而成，右格由一枚十六連票帶上、右及中間過橋紙邊和一枚四方連帶右紙邊拼合而成，帶大部分原膠，背膠輕微泛黃，有輕微退色。
