1888 (6 Mar.) red band cover to Peking bearing 3ca. mauve (soiled) tied by a smudged strike of Tientsin seal type VI in black and bearing, on the reverse, a neat strike of Customs Tientsin c.d.s. partly overstruck by boxed instructional mark, "Postage already paid, do not demand, do not pay" in black.
