A. E. Ellis, 56mm., 79.20g, in distressed case of issue; another, Department of Science and Art, Queen's Medal, in silver, awarded to James McKissack, Subject 23b, 1897, 51mm, 85.56g (Eimer 1825), in broken case of issue; "Amateur Photographer and Photographic News Competition, 1912", in silver, by Vaughton, awarded to H E Wood, 45mm., 33.75g, in case of issue; Royal Society of Arts, President's Medal, in bronze, by Mackennal and L C Wyon, awarded to Helen Odell. Intermediate Examinations, 1915. Book-keeping, 55mm, 82.91g (Eimer 1917), in case of issue; all extremely fine or close to as struck; additionally miscellaneous Medals [2], including Edward VII, Official Coronation Medal, in silver, by G W de Saulles 56mm, 85.75g (Eimer 1871), in case of issue, about fine; and, Prince Albert, Memorial Medal, in bronze, by C Wiener, 68mm, 140.55g, about extremely fine, in distressed case of issue [7]

i) John Haster Wainewright (1848-1927), was latterly a student of Law at Oxford before being called to the bar.
iii) James McKissack (1875-1940), was one of Scotland's most prolific Cinema architects with a career spanning the days of Edwardian shop-unit refits to the pinnacle of his design with the 'art-house' cinema the Cosmo in Glasgow.
