Henry VI, first reign (1422-61), Noble, Annulet issue, Tower, 6.91g, 6h, King standing in ship, holding sword and shield, annulet beside wrist, rev. floriated cross, crowned leopards in angles, h in centre of trefoil-tipped voided quatrefoil (Stewartby III (type IB1), 945; Schneider 274 same obverse die; N.1414; S.1799), edge rough in parts indicative of past mounting and cleaning, a trace of creasing, otherwise a bolder very fine for strike
