60c. misplaced perforation obliquely, being imperforate on two sides and part of a third one, used on 6.2.1922 registered cover to a French military address abroad, postal sector 219, uprated with "Semeuse Lignée" 15c., with arrival on reverse; peripheral wrinkles to envelope and one corner crease affecting the stamp, not detracting from this probably unique franking.
