The colour of the 3c. international card in blue had, due to UPU regulations, to be changed to red and a supply was ordered in January 1894. 6100 of the single card and 1030 reply cards were invoiced on 14 February. It is not known when these were first placed on sale

1896 (19 Sept.) 3c. carmine card from Singapore to Germany, cancelled by "n-i agent singapore" squared-circle d.s. and showing Dortmund arrival datestamp (11.10) at lower left. Very fine and scarce. Photo
