The colour of the 3c. international card in blue had, due to UPU regulations, to be changed to red and a supply was ordered in January 1894. 6100 of the single card and 1030 reply cards were invoiced on 14 February. It is not known when these were first placed on sale
1897 (10 Sept.) 3c. carmine card registered to Greece, uprated with 10c. on 24c. yellow-green, paying 3c. postcard rate, 5c. registration fee and 5c.
