On 15 November 1891, the postcard rate was reduced from 3c. to 2c. Large stocks of the 3c. card were on hand and these were surcharged locally "two/cents"
1893 (26 Mar.) 2c. on 3c. blue card to Zurich, cancelled by Singapore c.d.s., with "ligne n/paq. fr. no.1" octagonal d.s. (29.3) alongside, and Zurich arrival datestamps (21 and 22.4) on front; taken by SS "Caledolen", arrived Marseilles 20 April. Fine
