1889 (29 Nov.) 3c. blue card from Penang via Singapore to Holland, cancelled by Penang dumb obliterator, showing "ligne n/paq. fr. no.8" octagonal d.s. (5.12.). and Amsterdam arrival c.d.s. (27.12) on face, with Penang (29.11) and Singapore (1.12) datestamps on reverse; taken by "Melbourne" arriving Marseilles on 25 December. Fine.
