1889 (8 Feb.) 3c. blue card to Germany, cancelled by part undated "singapore/p.o." cancel, further cancelled by Singapore c.d.s., with another c.d.s. and "ligne n/paq. fr. no.10" octagonal d.s. (12.2.) in red alongside; taken by "Oxus" arriving Marseilles on 7 March. Fine.
